To identify you as our customer or to process your inquiry/query, we may also use data related to your customer account in the database of one of the co-administrators.
    5. The legal basis for processing your data is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. The legitimate interest in processing data here arises from the purpose of responding to your inquiries/queries, thereby maintaining and increasing customer satisfaction.
    6. Providing data is voluntary, however, refusal to provide data results in the inability to respond.
    7. The transfer of data to third parties is generally excluded. In exceptional cases, we commission the processing of data to carefully selected subcontracting companies. These companies are selected with the utmost care, and in the contracts concluded, they are obliged to comply with the provisions of Article 28 of the GDPR.

    11. If you have provided personal data yourself, you have the right to data portability under Article 20 of the GDPR.
    12. In cases of asserting your rights under Article 18 of the GDPR, personal data will be stored for 3 years after we provide you with our final response so that we can demonstrate that we have provided you with comprehensive information and that legal requirements have been met.
